I am not professional in this construction/architecture fields. If you are in this field and hosting this event, please tell me what is the formula of sewer pipe size that need to be caculated by the rate of rain drop/area/time.

Please answer this question before asking or hosting any further fundraising event for the natural disaster caused by flooding every year in Taiwan.

Earthquake and flooing killed many lives every year in Taiwan, and Chinese only outcry for fundraising and never have intention to make the work right to stop the disaster killing death rate.

I am sick of this fundraising everytime Chinese holding when they continue working on killing poeple every year.
